Of course, RuZZia is able to get around that cap for some of the oil they sell. That's to be expected. I mentioned that before, but you obviously haven't been paying attention because you can't even fathom the details. In any case, do you still think China and India are buying RuZZian refined oil products? I bet you don't even know the difference between crude oil and refined oil products, much less try and figure out how RuZZian citizens are experiencing shortages and have to scale back on exports ...
