Just went to my 10 year chart on Refr and for those of you who are in-
terested, here are the stats:

The low over the last 10 years has been $.80 in Oct.of 1990.
The stock peaked at $6.94 in Oct.of 1991.
The lowest price for Refr since Oct.91 was $2.93 in June of 1992.

Over the last 5 years the lowest price on Refr was $4.63 in Dec.of 1994
By Sept.of 1995 the stock hit an all time high of $16.88
The low since that all time high was $4.88 in April of 1997.

I'm not an Elliott wave expert, but it's clear from that 10 year chart
that the stock completed 5 waves up from Oct.90 to the all time high in
1995. It would appear that Refr has since gone through an A-B-C cor-
rection and that a new uptrend could very well have begun since the re-
cent bottom in Dec.97/Jan.98. If so, we would only be in the first
wave of a five wave uptrend. Let's hope it's a very explosive move!!
Wish the market were open today. Ted Campbell
