(forbes.com) - New York Judge Arthur Engoron says the value of the property is somewhere between $18 million and $27.6 million, based on an appraisal by the Palm Beach County Assessor. - The city of Palm Beach thinks the property is worth $37 million. - Forbes is more generous and believes the property is worth around $325 million based on financial history and the opinion of real estate experts. - But the Trumps think the property is worth $1.5 BILLION, because you know, there are buyers out there who are supposedly willing to pay that much for it or something equivalent. Personally I believe Forbes, but the assessment by the New York judge might have to be taken in context of the overall fraud case against Trump, the details of which I'm not familiar.
