No anthropologist has ever reported a tribe of man coming out of the deepest jungle without religious beliefs. Mans intellect makes him unique in the animal world. The common man cannot stand life without a god to decrease his fears and anxiety and keep him alive, much less make him reproduce. Most of the conflict around us is due to threats to our religious beliefs. Now even the bible warned that by throwing out God, his place would be taken by other gods. We are in a world where others gods have proliferated and threaten ours with the potential to madden us or even extinguish our being. Even with a God man would have gone extinct long ago had a women been able to nail her fertile time down to a 24 hour period. A 24 hour headache would likely have been allowed in most instances and birth control in the ancient world would have been born. None of us would be here now had God not blinded us to this fertile period, unlike other animals (see Teaser Bulls)
