samaster, how right you are ! but the monies raised by selling a compan y asset, should be better put to use by buying more companies with additional revenues and earnings. THAT AND ONLY THAT - AS YOU POINT OUT - WILL BRING IN NEW INVESTORS AND RAISE THE VALUE OF THE STOCK. Spending over half of the company's available cash on buying back its own stock, and paying a dividend in the company's second year of operations, (when the money is needed to build the business) is not IMO the right way to go. AGAIN, JUST MY OPINION. MJZ
