You are probably 100% correct. They will be caught up in the over optimism about the market - the "trees grow to the sky myth". With the current readings for the Investor Intelligence Advisory Service, that time still appears to be beyond the foreseeable horizon. It will be interesting to see where there sentiment numbers are when we get to DOW 8800.

Bill,

You are right. I just checked the Marketimer and Bob's policy is to use First Class mail. I consider this almost worthless as the post office doesn't guarantee timely delivery.

This is all the more reason that Bob should just make the announcement on the air ASAP or change his policy to expedite delivery. I'm sure most people would be willing to pay another $10 to get overnight service. Of course, overnight doesn't always mean that either.
