So Brandon is off the hook? What would you like Newsom to do, build a refinery?
Well yeah, Brandon is off the hook with this one. Like I said, other "blue states" aren't experiencing high gas prices like in California.

As for Newsom, he can contract with a refinery that is out of state which could provide the special gas that is required by California regulations.

He could also build up stores of California gasoline that can smooth out supply disruptions and stabilize prices.

But he won't do any of that, because the minute he lifts a finger on any infrastructure that supports fossil fuels, he's going to be crucified by California activists.

Instead, it's much easier to nag us into buying electric vehicles. "What, you didn't buy an EV? That's your fault, not mine!"
