I get a little tired of hearing about Warren Buffet.
I don't think he is buying penny stocks.
IMO, it works completely different when it comes to the Large
cap stocks.

I sure don't look or trade my INTC or CPQ the same way I do
SETO or other small stock. They are in completely different
playing fields! Different money, different players.
In my business I can't handle residential customers the same
as I do commercial customers. They are usually looking at
different objectives.
To explain:
Roofing; To the commercial customer they want a good roof
to last a long time with little maintainance. They usually
don't care what it looks like, as you can't see it from their
customers view.
To the residential customer, the roof is sometimes 60% of
what you see when you look at the house!
Big differences!
Another thing. The contractors are usually completely different.
I play both fields. In roofing and the stock market. I know
there is a big difference.

Not many are watching these small caps until they reach a
certain level. Then they start to get noticed.
You are right about doing the dd! That's the whole key!
How much dd is there to INTC? I leave that to the everyone
else. There's plenty of others out there that keep a watch
on those companies. All I need to do is buy when I think they
are right, at again, my price.

More precisely, Warren Buffet buys AND THEN ANNOUNCES TO ALL THE LEMMINGS THAT HE BOUGHT. That's how Warren Buffet does it.
