Again Broken Cuck, the data only applies to oil loaded onto RuZZian tankers from Baltic ports:
Calculated Free on Board (FOB) estimates for Urals cargoes loading from Baltic ports in October were close to $80 per barrel on Thursday for Indian customers, according to traders' data and Reuters calculations.
RuZZian tankers avoid the G7 price cap because they don't rely on Western insurance nor do they dock at any ports that are subject to the G7 rules.

No matter how often you repeat a lie, it remains a lie, namely the implication that RuZZia is getting $80/barrel for ALL their oil.
