I did not see many copies of EyeCatcher..In fact I believe I only saw One copy at Retail.. However, I suspect they might have sold a ton by mail order...I think only a small percentage of people actually return the product for a cash refund.. I know stores will not give cash if the package is open..

that sucks. tech support is one of the main reasons i buy software from a company. Most software leaves you with some kind of compatibility problem and you are on the phone.
