To the best of my knowledge, we're still in the running on both FLR gigs, but obviously delayed. I do think they'd tell me if FLR awarded the contracts elsewhere, and nobody's told me that yet.

Thanks, too, for your post. It does a lot of good for my peace of mind when someone with a similar position in this company confirms that it wasn't a big mistake. :) At least, as far as we know at this point.

Thanks for taking the time to explain things, what I do is many times easier than what they are up against, now having been enlightened by your deeper understanding. I guess that is how SI should work, makes my membership money a better investment. I appreciate your detailed response.

I would expect that coming out of CH11 will also require a special opening balance - And I can imagine that the way liabilities is grouped there may have some importance as it is an evaluation point when loans is to be considered by banks.
And I do expect loans will become a necessity when starting bigger jobs.

Just another possible reason for having "internal" discussions before release of financials.
