AL R / Insider Activity

It's common practice for an insider to sell stock, raising capital to buy options at a much lower price. Just got to sort those out of the listing. I also noticed heavy buying vs selling of oil company shares. Definitely bad signs for those selling only.

Oil, near term. I agree and think oil company shares (reference oil & gas producers index) will drift downward over the near term, approaching 52-week lows. There really isn't much of a fall from here to there. However, my strategy would be buying at that point in time. Cash flow multiples at that point will be low and very attractive for the companies expected to grow over the coming year.
