A report has been made requesting these two Border Patrol Supervisors in Eagle Pass be arrested for Sabotage under Texas Government Code 557.011, 557.012, & Prosecuted under the rules of 557.013. The Governor Issued a Declaration of Invasion citing the Constitution Article 1 sec 10 clause 3… which supersedes Migration Services, Humanitarian Assistance, or any other excuse. The Governor cited National Security. These CBP Supervising Agents should be charged and arrested, and the Governor Should expel those Federal Agents and NGOs that are aiding & abetting Criminal Trafficking into the United States. Senior Agents Mario Trevino & Michael Garza should be held as a Criminal Example to violating their Oath of Service. It’s Time those who’ve raised their right hand hold those accountable who desecrate that oath. Unlawful Policies are not to be followed. Make sure you tell @USBPChief what his Oath was for. Over a week ago, @GovAbbott posted this video on his official site. Since that timeframe, Texas Ranger Joe Sanchez has not been available to take a report and the DPS has stated they have take the report from the Agency Having Jurisdiction.
