Hank, SEEK is in the process of a cup with handle breakout attempt. It has some short-term overbought indications and the volume is not yet entirely impressive. I expect a pullback to the 12 3/8 to 12 7/8 area before it tries again. The handle has a good inverted head and shoulders that appears to have broken out. The retest of that breakout is consistent with the above also so keep an eye on the volume as it starts back up again. If the breakout is for real, you should have a day or three to judge that for yourself giving you plenty of time to make a decision. A rough target for the short-term would be 20 to 23. Doug R
