I contacted ONSI IR a couple of weeks ago, and they indicated the deal was on schedule to close by the end of 1st quarter, the same thing LOR IR has stated. I don't think anyone will be more specific since if people knew when the 20 day stock determination was there would be room for price manipulation. I am not an ONSI shareholder so I am not sure what they have told shareholders regarding a voting date on the transaction. An ONSI shareholder may contact IR and see what date is anticipated. I wouldn't expect ONSI to close for another month, in line with the end of 1st quarter.
