Ed,

You seem to have a handle on this, what is the next step(s) on the Judicial side of the S.C. situation? I know the Judge has heard the arguments, what kind of a time frame are we looking at before a final decision by him and subsequently at any higher level?

I noticed in one of the S.C. papers today that the Senate will probably not start debating the issue until early March, so it appears that side of it will linger for a while longer.
