I've yet to hear any comments that are fact as to how the Has/Tiger will play out for Radica. However I have done enough crunching to have posted what I believe the worst case could be (as far as bottom line, FWIW), as well as, offer some very reasonable considerations on the less negative side, (along with many others here). I think we have covered this issue as well as we can until we have some solid info from the company. I'd guess that someone might ask about it at conference call and we will find out more at that time. Until then, trying to turn a less then 10% (non core) net issue on a company that is growing at a rate of over 100% (on it's core products) into a dooms day machine is not being reasonable and goes further then stating opinion. Considering Radica's earnings/revenue/capacity growth rates, that this acquisition does not create another competitor, the cost of acquiring Tiger, Tigers much lower margins due to the way they operate, the outsourcing of all Tiger product, Hasbro's profitable relationship with Radica, Hasbro did not buy production facilities, Radica's very impressive new products that sound to be getting killer acceptance, Radica's apparent very high Q1 production levels (perhaps as high as 75% of Q4), constant sell out reports at retailers, expansion on production over Q1 levels in Q2, and the very likely Q1 earnings being up 100% probable 200% and possible 300%, as well as, the usual 20-30%/70-80% seasonal split of revenue (is this a run on sentence or what), I fail to see any reason for an extensive Chicken Little conversation. Sorry if I sound to optimistic for some but GEEE, maybe there is a reason, and it is based more on information than speculation! Information that has been made available to anyone keeping tabs. I'm not trying to stifle anyone here. BUT, you may want to consider the opinion and whole picture before you post the sky is falling. Wayne By the way, how important is this thread? I'm not sure but it has been pointed out as a good source by CBS and IBD and is constantly mentioned on AOL so I would assume many others as well. Also holds the interest of the company itself. Not saying it moves the price but does seem to have a active roll in investors research.
