I said absolutely nothing about Donald, not a thing... All I did was point out the obvious difference between a democracy and a constitutional republic and you replied by posting a link of some obscure article instead of replying that you see the difference or that you don't... I'm suppose to read some lengthy article and then try and figure out what point the article is trying to make??? I didn't ask the author of that article a question, I asked you a question... So, kindly stop playing the same broken recording over and over again and be honest or say nothing... Here's the difference one more time: A democracy is mob rule... Either you understand the difference or you don't, it's that simple... A Constitutional Republic protects the rights of the individual... A democracy doesn't protect the right of the individual... Here's a simple example of how the two would work: A horse was stolen so a posse goes looking for the horse thief... They come across a guy who they think stole the horse... What do they do? In a democracy, the majority rules, if the majority of the posse thinks this is the guy who stole the horse, then they hang him from the nearest tree... In a Constitutional Republic, they do nothing to the guy but take him back to town to the sheriff's office and they let the law handle the matter in court with any credible evidence if any... The guy has the right to defend himself and remains innocent of all charges until the evidence shows otherwise... I trust you can see the difference is like day and night... The reply is that you see the difference or that you don't, it could be easier than that... Do you see the difference or don't you??? A simple yes or no would suffice... GZ
