Hi Russ, I too have MetaStock 6.5 and joined Rueter's Quote Service. I had Rueter for a month before I fired them. I received the same errors, and no Tech support help. All I can say, Rueter's IMO is not good. If you want some good EOD qoutes, try Quote-plus. Great deal, only 12.95 per month for all 10,000 stocks, easy to transfer to Metastock. They have a thread here on SI. Good luck gary

Hi Russ, I use Telescan and have been satisfied. The pros are that if you follow indices & futures data there is no extra cost. There are not any cons that I know of. I am downloading MS data for 9.95 for the first hour and the 5.00/ hour after that.(per month) The normal cost is 29.95 for a flat rate download of any and all markets. Customer service is ok, but I don't really need them as everything has run fairly smooth over the past 3 years. Ronin
