I'm sorry, Deliveryman, I never read any of the messages on this board. "Love is blind" club means folks here are high on LOCK? Tell me it aint so! My experience as a long time "watcher" of various SI discussion boards in the ISP/telecom area is that the best informed small investors on the Net seem to be here.

LOCK is one of those microcaps that reminds me (whenever I forget) that the Wild West is not dead in America. I used to think that all the scam artists had to go to Vancouver or the Bulletin Board to play around with publicly traded securities. When I was directed to this security for comment about how the Net could be used to promote microcap issues, I read the SEC filings for the past 6 months (theres not many) and the published article from Bloomberg News about the public relations firm that is promoting LOCK. What a riot this thing is!

I have an opinion about these types of shenanigans, and I would welcome anyone's reaction. I've thought for a long time that the SEC could end 90% of the abuses that occur in cases like this by just outlawing the Reg-S offshore financings, such as LOCK has used to finance their little company. Reg-S's seem to invite the types of promoters that kill these little deals.
