You are correct Sir! USWDA will not exist in 5 years. They will become part of some larger entity like HP/Verifone or GTE or AMEX. For someone with such incredible foresight, I would think you'd own the stock by now. Watch for revenues over the next six months to rapidly increase from Tranz-enabler placement through GTE salesforce, which as I mentioned before, has and is occuring right now. By the end of calendar 1998, we will see between 10,000-20,000 boxes in place. This will equal ongoing revenues for USWDA. The management team you criticize consists of an entirely new staff, except for one person, Rod Stambaugh. The product they have is new. The POS-50 is a dead bird which has been buried and is no longer part of Company strategy. Focus on the future stocky, not the past. This is a turn-around story that warrants closer srutiny on your part. Regards, Jason
