Sorry...I got all confused for a second there. I still don't understand why they have to issue all of these shares if they have a lot of cash. I beleive they will get higher net revenues from the companys they are acquiring than what you are projecting. Everything they buy is already profitable and I think they will increase the profit margins.

Terrific post. Your DD is certainly appreciated (by me at least). If your assumptions on revenues from total operations for 1998 are correct and the shares outstanding are correct, I agree that we have a very undervalued company. I keep accumulating shares on the pull backs
for this very reason. Like others on this thread, I am patient on FAMH. I expect this to be a good mid to long term investment.
