Elroy,

Is there an adaptor you can use?

The AirPods 2 are very good for listening to podcasts and audiobooks. The AirPods 3 are better for music. Neither has much base, but voice comes through clearly. For me the 2 stays in my ears the best. The 3s pop out occasionally. Both types are good for walking as you can hear things around you well. If you want more base and noise cancelling, you need the AirPods Pro.
