Nanda, Afaq - so what do you guys think of price action???? Down 1/2 today .... closing in on GP's under .50 prediction .... maybe we should all take a long, HARD (sic) look at the fundamentals of this company and management again .... seems to me the only one's that have profited thus far are Waite $ See in first traunch at .3125 and any of the "lucky" investors out there to have gotten in there too!!! Track records - when Waite took over stock price was solidly above 1.50 - now only 1/3 +/- of that - despite the rash of "good news" press releases. Reverse split squashed stock price - only benefit is less shares outstanding - makes a take over more likely - Current takeover premiums of SOLID companies is ranging 30-40% - look at ca/csc, harte-hanks/metromail My math says at current price $5+, given a significant premium offer of 50% we get $7-$8 offer - how many of us make money here??? Waite & See do again on there .625 ($6.25) 2nd traunch!!!! Am I missing something here, just stupid, or finally seeing that this is fast becoming a no win situation for most of us .... Look at Zonagen price - in spite of all the NEGATIVE data from professional shorter - price action is still BULLISH - yet HVSFD, with all the positives is 1/3 the pre-Waite price Please put a positive spin on these comments, so I can sleep well tonight!!!!
