Well, in truth I've followed Qwest for a long time but never invested until the price was around $60 (had most funds locked up in company stock options) so the price DID drop 30% wrt my gains. But your point is good and I can't say it even occurred to me as I rarely invest long term. I'd like to change my ways and do a lot more of that.
