PAM,

I have had several occasions in the past to meet with Michael and I will tell you he is a very exuberant dynamic individual. I do know he and Joe respect each other very much. We must keep in mind that Michael is in charge of acquisitions and these cost money. He just feels he can make the company grow much faster if he can use the available cash for M&A's

Best Regards

MJZ,

I have to agree with what Pr-Ac Man said regarding the "dissent" issue.

I have to 2nd his motion and say it even stronger because he is being very polite. As a shareholder, Im very concerned to see such a public display of discontent with your leader's decision. You might be trying to make a different point but the PERCEPTION of your words was read the same way by many people here .. as negative. If I were a new investor Id be scared off by this. You might not agree, but you dont go against your CEO's plan in a public forum like this. It is a lot like 2 parents and their child. One of the parents might make the decision and the 2nd parent might not agree wholeheartedly but you post a UNITED front to the child and dicuss differences of opinion in private.

I enjoy your posts and your enthusiasm but the postings I just read through tonight are a first for me, and I found them unsettling. You have to understand that for a company like this we are buying 2 things, the sector and the management. We dont have the benefit of a string of positive EPS Q's or anything like that. Not everyone has read every post of this thread for a week or a month or a year, so sometimes they will just read Michael's or Joe's posts and skip the rest.. if they did they would be getting the wrong impression with what was said earlier.
