I'd go to a bookstore and browse tesser's book....then you can decide for yourself. As to the tax court cases..... any good tax library will have them....but the real key is finding a CPA who understands securities trading..... which.....at least where I live.....was VERY hard to find.... make sure you ask them tons of questions before you start paying.... IMO you should have a good one around if you elect this status.... on the off chance you do get audited down the road.... a lot more difficult looking for one after the fact if you know what i mean...
