I'll keep trying for a while, but if this keeps up, I will honestly have no choice.

Re: modem settings. I am set up ok. I have cable-modem and it is working fine. I have d/l'd data in the past, so the user info is correct as well.

Hopefully, everything will "clear up", but somehow, that's not my prediction. I'll keep at it for a while.
