All very excellent points...

I could probably just add one additional consideration here...

There are those, and probably a large number, who are willing to follow some "expert" when it comes to market advice...

Unfortunately, there are so many frauds and quacks out there that it's not easy to distinguish the real one from the scam con artists...

If someone gets all dressed up like a medical doctor, then people are more inclined to think that person really is a medical doctor even when he's a fake, but when that "doctor" begins to conduct his medical procedures it then becomes very obvious the person is a fraud...

And yet, there are so many who are willing to follow that phony anywhere when it comes to these markets...

When the fraud is wrong in his diagnosis of the markets, they very typically find some semi acceptable excuse to explain why things didn't happen as predicted, they may even blame it on the phases of the moon or some other bizarre reason...

These kinds of fakes are everywhere and everyone has to be able to discern the real professionals from the fake ones...

One good clue is how they handle criticism, the fraud isn't tough enough to handle criticism, they're thin skinned and worry too much about what others may be saying about them; this is the typical characteristic of the fraud who is so typically a spineless coward...
