GMOs and fertilizers won't help when the weather wipes out the crop
We aren't there yet.

You tried to blame the current increases in food prices on that climate changey thingy, but the truth is that we're still seeing a huge amount of "organic" and "non-GMO" foods out there. Americans are still obese, Europeans aren't suffering any shortages of food, and even Third World countries aren't experiencing widespread famine.

My original point was that societies all around the world feel free to ban chemical fertilizers, GMOs, and animal products from "unethically-treated" animals (cough cough California cough cough).

We wouldn't be doing any of that if we were experiencing food shortages because of climate change.
