The area Hamas attacked was formerly Palestinian land. The water & power facilities would not be there without US taxpayer dollars, 260 billion, acually a LOT more because a lot of that is actually 1950, 60, 70, 80s dollars.

What you say about the west bank means nothing. FACT: Israel bulldozes and then builds on Palestinian land. Of course Palestinians have friends, families and colleagues there.
