Maybe, How many systems do you think these distribitors are going to sell in a month? There are only 6 distribitors that are up and running ready to start at least training to sell the product. Once they get trained have still have to go get the sale. Of the other 36 that should be on line soon who are they?(small mom and pop companys? maybe selling 1 sytem per month) Bottom line we have no big partner and the other 160 distribitors by the end of the year(maybe) will take some time. Who is the Biggest distribitor signed to date? How many systems can Xinex produce in say 3 mouths? We are going to need some Big money to get going. What is the profit margin on a sell? (Remember Mindset won awards and was a good system that could not be marketed by Xinex what has changed?) What if we have an undiscovered bug that will show up in mass production? The risk here is still high and so is the reward. Alot can happen there are no sure things. has for the law suit being dropped the answer is simple. The company needed $$$ they would have been in chapter 11 by april and every one would have lost. just because the venture capitalist's invested heavly does not mean in a world of changing tecnologys that they will see there company thur.
