Ryan, Again, I agree with your analysis. Paralysis often seems to set in with respect to telling the truth about a situtation, but in this
case appears essential. When one is conditionted to spin positively,
it is hard to deviate from the norm. Hard facts, comprehensive and intelligent business plan, followthrough, will stabalize IMO this deterioration. I have lost confidence in Lionel's assurances and assessments, and not because I consider him essentially dishonest. When one invests (speculates) in this market, I agree with Eric; do so, with as an objective view, as possible. History would support a bounce, but for how long. An adept trader, which I am not, may gain in the short run, but capital may be tied up for quite a while, while management decisions are being debated. The window on this stock is narrowing, IMO, as the private placement stocks ability to be sold in the next few months, will add further resistance to maintaining a status where there is not a problem for delisting.

My intention in this post is not to slam this stock, but to add to a
constructive dialogue in assisting a proper valuation, and stopping the downdraft.

Mike
