Yes, I saw this, too and briefly touched upon it (on page 4).
It's very much an "ick" investment but with new management, a largely new board and genuine products - maybe a bloated balance sheet and a lousy business - this could pull through for shareholders.

I think maybe you should read my writeup. You'd be surprised at how much shady stuff was going on and how the truth is still being obscured from outsiders.

However, my opinion is that that "rotten" apples have to be gone now. The new management seem to be clean and the newer members of the board do seem independent.
