Respond to of 266 Hi E_K_S, When I learned about an, INTERNET APPRAISAL SYSTEM FOR USED CARS AT MY DEALERSHIP, I had to learn more. The data base had every used car on the media that was for sale and gave a pricing value. The whole pitch was if you advertise on the internet , you had to be competitive in price. Noe a nice cream puff will pull a premium. If you advertise it to be competitive, you can turn your inventory faster and make less pre vehicle, but turn your inventory so much faster that at the end of the year, you made more. Not to mention your service department which has the highest margins thrives on the higher level of volume. When the car buyers were on their game (me) and the inventory was properly priced, we would turn our inventory 14 times a year. That was everything working just right. Making pesto and all of the other products, is a chore to do it without excessive inventory. Then your warehousing partners, need to turn their inventory, they can order too much and that delays replenishment. Turning inventory and proper promotions (Italian food is definitely seasonal, in our Italian family - (I married a 100% Italian wife - got lucky in my view). Having a warehouser isan in-between more difficult situation in my view. I liked that they are sending consultants to the retail stores and training and or demoing the new products to the public - that sounds good to me as far as turning your inventory goes. I think Tim is a hands on guy who knows how to expose the product to the public by being in the trenches doing the hard work. My bet is he'll get to the 2.5 this end of the year. Italians get together for Thanksgiving and Christmas in a big way. My Itialian family has an Irishmen (me) a greek son in law, and their son has married a polish girl. The Italians have such wonderful traditions for those holidays, that we all show up out of love for the good times. It is hands down so much fun, that it is not even of question. My bet is if they're demoing their best products in the grocery stores, this Q4 will be better than ever, No doubt in my mind, the next year 2024, will build on that. I love this great little company that just does the basics so well. Thanks for the interesting viewpoint - I totally agree! We've got a Tiger by the tail! Bob
