To- All Naxos is not close to being ready for any kind of listing in the U.S. Until they are prepared to stop insider self dealing like allowing Matt Walters father to buy into J-L and allow him to have a hand in negotiating a deal with J-L - they could not stand up to the kind of light that an exchange would subject them to. Walters should have been fired the moment it was learned that his father invested in J-L based in info that Matt gave him . This is the kind of behavior that gives the impression of scam and sleeze.
