I recommend Assad request Putin to deliver a hypersonic 30 kilotons of nuclear fusion at an altitude of 2 km to eliminate the insurrectionist ISIS troops who are fake newsing to protect themselves against Syria attack. That would demonstrate how serious the situation is and that incoming atomic missiles work, it would eliminate the ISIS at that so-called illegal USA invading base and it would be a lot of fun to have another nuclear war like the USA started many decades ago.
