Israel has all those things and has used them to slaughter people in Hospitals and the refugees they've herded into the south... after they bombed the entrance to Egypt. But we don't see a lot of stories about dead Palestinian babies do we? The statistical proof is in the numbers of the dead and the moral proof is the UN resolutions ignored by both the US and Israel. For every Israeli killed by Palestinians, 23 Palestinians are killed by Israelis.
