JJB- My broker heard that Koch had received the lease extension. He hasn't talked to anyone at Koch and doesn't know what it says. He has been trying to get in touch with someone from Solvex since Friday to get the answers to some questions.

I spoke with the Alberta Energy Department this morning...the lease was indeed extended. If you're asking if there is language somewhere in the "new" lease that specifies or identifies a certain technology, particularly the SOLV technology, the answer is no.
