[Dual Boot...Win95 and Windows NT..] Merits? NT will not work with FAT 32 and Win95 will not work with NTFS. This means you will have to use FAT 16 on a drive with both operating systems or place the operating systems on separate drives or (partitions?) One disadvantage of FAT 16 is that you are held to the 2GB max drive size.

The Intel board is very stable (with BIOS v. P05, P06 & 7 are bad),but only supports the 66 MHz bus. The Asus supports the 66, 75, 83, and, I think, the ~100 MHz buses. I wouldn't get the SuperMicro because lately, at least from the boards I have tried, their QA department isn't doing all that it could.<<<
