Algo 1 and Algo 2 are complementary. Algo 1 predicts the turning points similar to how harmonic trading predicts the reversal zones. Algo 2 is pure CTA and does not change positions until a new trend is established. I have a few more tasks to do before I can consider providing public access. Firstly, I'd like to combine the two to make the ultimate algo. Secondly, I need to improve their UI and simplify a few things because the one thing that has become very clear to me, is that most people are not comfortable with how to read this system. I should probably stop exposing so much of the internal details and just do something like what Algo 2 does - spit out positions and stoplosses without charting them. Thirdly I'd like to improve the stoplosses. They are not bad, but I know I can do better. That is the minimum. I have several other ideas in mind, including putting an AI engine in the backend for trading, but those are longer term projects. What do you guys think?
