Jim and all,

If you guys haven't noticed...an 8K/A was filed Jan 29th, 1998. You might want to take a look. I guess it's and amended statement to reflect Victor in the balance sheets. I'm not very good at looking at these things but I didn't like what I saw. Victor's number were down, but that might be because of the debt from buying it.

Has anyone driven past the facility lately? Any cars in the lot beyond the big boys with the trunks open being stuffed? Hmmm, can you jam a copier in a Porsche?

Nothing spewed as of yet? I mean jeesh, was this three weeks in Rip Van Winkle time?

Oh and nice to see that the boys are well on their way to plundering what's left of Victor. Go get 'em...
