Sankar, Your posts are informative and appreciated. An example of what you say is illustrated by the secondary. The company had to know something about Q4 when the secondary came out but they didn't stop the secondary or even let the underwriters know anything. You can't be too careful. My main interest in SMCI is that the price is so cheap for a company with a special product and a captive audience. It could languish for a while until some confidence is built. Karl
