Hi gang, opinion piece in Singapore Business Times today on share buybacks written by that most senior of journalists, Conrad Raj, many times honoured journalist of the year. Watch for it in a few hours when the BT site is updated. But in a nutshell it gives good background and is generally positive with a little caution thrown in for "balance". This is probably written in anticipation of the budget next week (27th Feb). BTW, I support DrRisk.
