Bill,
So Russia's total defense budget is $80B and they are spending less than half on Ukraine
Bullshishka.

RuZZia is pulling out their entire stock of Soviet-era tanks, artillery, shells, and armored vehicles and counting them as "sunken costs."

In contrast, we are providing Ukraine with military hardware that is about to be obsolete, such as F-16s, ATACMS, and hOrRiFiC cluster munitions, yet we count their entire cost as expenses.

Not only that, but RuZZia has over 300K troops killed or wounded, but they don't count them as part of the "defense budget," either. In fact, RuZZia considers the dead as "cost savings" because they don't have to pay for their health care or veteran benefits.
