It gets laundered through "wars" and the defense companies etc get nice cushy contracts and fill the coffers of the politicians who appropriated the money. i know you already know that its more for the dopes who post here regularly (my ignore list)

Bill, We are outspending Russia five to one. Where’s the money going? Toward weapon systems, technologies, and other force multipliers so that we don't have to send any troops, and so that a smaller country like Ukraine with limited human resources can defend against a former superpower like RuZZia that has NO problems throwing hundreds of thousands of troops into the meat grinder. Time to shut off the spigot. Time to stop listening to Basement Qarlson and others who pretend that the war in Ukraine is a source of corruption.
