A question we should ask (IMO)

Does the company plan on leveraging the $12 million in cash with any bank (or other types) of borrowings?

Tod,

See this post and a couple others discussing the closings.

exchange2000.com

I am exceedingly interested in which halls these are, when and how they were acquired and what the company is doing in the DD area to ensure future acquisitions are profitable. This is a big issue I believe.

Also I want an up-date on the 5 halls they are constructing. When will they be open, why not by y/e, are the charties lined up, etc....

-Scott

PS - Congrats on being the spokesperson. We could not do better!

TK,

I'm sure by the time Management's presentation is over you will know what hasn't been covered so I certainly trust your judgement. After all, you have done most of the leg work anyway, so ask whatever you feel is most important.

I do agree with Scott that suddenly this Bingo Hall situation has at the very least presented a somewhat cloudy future. Not that I disagree with closing unprofitable operations but I am curious as to why and how long and what has become of them. I guess I'm suddenly feeling just a little uncomfortable with what I thought was a very stable source of income especially with the instability of VGM's.

BTW, the allocation prior to the 2 closings was 9 in S.C., 5 in Texas and 4 in Ala.

The fact that you are asked to participate is a good sign - they are likely prepared to answer serious questions in a forthright manner.

I would be interested to know not just rate of growth (which I would like to know) but method of growth - where will they target halls? Will they buy them out, or build new ones? Do they intend to create relationships with local charitable organizations, so as to create meaningful long-term relationships - e.g. will members of the charities work for BNGO in managing facilities? Will they contribute to participating charities? Will they have a number of halls in a given geography, and create benefits of scale?

Sorry to add to they heavy load of questions you have already been given - I know you'll just ask a question or two, and I don't expect you to pick mine. You might, however, ask if they will answer to your (our) prior written list on the bulletin board. If you ask, they may just have to do it.

Alan

TKA, when exactly is the conference call?

The thread's questions have pretty much been covered in earlier posts. That being the case, I'd like it if management would post replies to each of the questions you compiled on the AB&G site. Consider that a suggestion for a question.

Thanks for the public service.

Tod-- Glad you were invited to ask a question or two.

I think based on past conference calls that many of our questions will be answered in the body of the presentation, and the trick is to key in on the ones that are left open. I called today to mention the confusion over the number of Bingo halls and I suspect that that may get addressed in their opening. You do have a question in your list, "What is the status of the Bingo halls that were to have opened by the end of 1997", that I also hope they answer in the opening.

I trust your judgement on picking the best questions. Those that relate to the future strategic direction of the company and maintaining the 30% ROI are key. You will probably only get a chance at one or two and its tough to get the right one if they do a good job up front in addressing all the issues.

Good deal, Todd.

I couldn't think of a better candidate!

Thanks for all your hard work.
