Well I will not ever disagree with you that the market is filled with pure silliness today, but either way the stock price fell to a low and an investor could look at META at the low price and buy believing Mr. Market is indeed wrong. Then once the share price hits your perceived value you have the option, like you did, to sell. You could also hold some more but then that is indeed taking part in the speculation once your value is hit.

You're also getting hung up on META and I am sorry as I just used them as an example to highlight that even with the big guys you can find value - they do not need to lose their market position. That 52-week decline aside, I also gave you a real situation where their stock declined over privacy only to bounce back much stronger.

You can treat tech companies like any other company and apply the same value criteria. Just understand the industry, Harshu.

Anyway, I've made my point and will move on from here.
