The nation's industrial output failed to show any increase in January for the first time since late 1996 as warmer than normal weather cut sharply into utility output. www2.nando.net Winter is the dry season where I live, but this part of the country has had more than double the normal rainfall. In the past two days we have had more than 5 inches of rain. The warm weather is a very weird and unusual situation and helps to account for the low energy prices.
