Yes. USA is going into a very bad sovereign bond crisis. Increasing rates have
caused interest on debt to exceed defense budget. Definitely a runaway inflation
train when it exceeds tax receipts. I am looking to rotate into stocks because of it,
a long position in an account where I can’t hold gold. U like 2008-2009 GFC this
crisis is not clear cut deflationary. It’s inflationary because federal government can
print to pay interest, and it normally does just that.

However, very rapid tightening by the Fed may cause an asset market crash first.
I think a real estate crash is already here.
